  • Valid Passport & Seaman's Book (CDC)
  • STCW '78 as amended Certificates of Competency (CoC) / CoP
  • Valid ENG1 or equivalent ILO/MLC Medical Certificate
  • Yellow Fever & standard vaccination certificates
  • Verifiable sea service records / discharge book entries
